African Lions Fund’s investment manager, ST Funds Management Limited (STFM), is licensed and regulated by the Australian Securities and Investment Commission (ASIC) in Australia.

STFM is not a Licensed Investment Advisor with the SEC, in the United States. As such, it relies on the Foreign Private Adviser Exemption in the Dodd-Frank Act, which prevents STFM from taking more than 15 US Persons. At this time, all spaces are filled out for US investors.
