Step 1: Review the Fund Details

Send the forms along with Certified True Copies of a photo identification document (e.g., passport) and a recent “proof of address” (e.g., utility bill) to the Administrator, Bolder Investment Services SG <investors.sg@boldergroup.com>

To ensure your subscription is accepted and approved on a given dealing day at the beginning of a calendar month, we suggest submitting your documentation up to 14 days prior, to avoid any last minute problems.
Step 4: Receive Email Confirmation
Bolder will send an email to inform you that the documentation is in order.
Step 5: Fund Your Investment
Payment instructions can be found in the Subscription Form.
Finally, you will receive a Contract Note confirming your shares in the Fund.
Reporting
Each month you get a statement from the Administrator showing you how the value or your shares has changed. Every quarter you also get a letter from me with a rundown of how the fund is doing and what it has been buying and selling.
Furthermore, you get access to a quarterly video conference call with me and the other investors, where I go into more detail and answer any questions.
Each year the Administrator also sends you audited financial statements and I will provide an annual report.
