Does the fund have a succession or continuation plan in place in the event of the retirement or unplanned absence of the investment manager?

There is a professional Board of Directors of the Investment Manager in place. In the event Tim is unable to continue to manage the fund, the Board is charged with deciding whether to:

a) Find a replacement.
b) Go through an orderly wind down of the fund.
